MEET THE DIRECTORS
ARLISA BRADSHAW - A native of New Jersey, Arlisa Bradshaw, is no stranger to the performing arts or pageantry. She has been a director of the Hal Jackson's Talented Teens International Scholarship Program for over 27 years. Arlisa is a graduate from Montclair State University with a degree in Music Education, a former pageant winner, teacher, mentor, vocalist and organist who has dedicated her life as an advocate of the arts and our youth.
Arlisa has worked with and trained hundreds of young women interested in the performing arts, some of who have achieved national acclaim. Today she is one of the proud Co-Founders and Directors of Empowering Georgia's Talented Youth, Inc., a non-profit (501 C 3) organization, that promotes culture and education through the performing Arts and sponsors the Georgia State Hal Jackson's Talented Teens International and the Miss Talented Pre-Teen Scholarship Programs. She, along with co-founder Vickee Clark, form a tough dynamic duo and is a force to be reckoned with as they continue to cultivate scholarship winners from Georgia on the International scene.
Currently employed as a Sr. Financial Contracts Manager with software giant CA, Arlisa says her first love is and always will be the performing arts, for it is through this medium, that she's able to give back to her community and empower young people to believe that with hard work, perseverance and a personal life with Jesus the Christ, they can and will claim their rightful place in society. |

Vickee Clark - Is no stranger to the arts. She has been a dedicated advocate of our youth for the past 28 years working with Hal Jackson's Talented Teens International Scholarship Program. Vickee Clark has worked with and trained hundreds of young ladies interested in the performing arts, some of who have achieved national acclaim. She turned her dream into a reality when she and became one to the co-founders of Empowering Georgia's Talented Youth, Inc., a non-profit (501 C 3 ) organization, that promotes culture and education through the performing Arts. Vickee has also worked in the entertainment industry for over a decade, including Sony Music/Epic Records, where she worked with such artists, as Luther Vandross, Babyface, Sade, Michael Jackson, and Ginuwine, just to name a few. She is currently a Flight Attendant for Delta Airlines and Operations Manager at NuMillennium Distribution Group, a record distribution company distributed through KOCH Entertainment.
